Celebra el 8 B’atz’ y activa tu potencial humano
Del 6 al 10 de marzo de 2027, en el entorno sagrado de Antigua Guatemala, viviremos un retiro ceremonial dedicado al Wajxaqib’ B’atz’, el 8 B’atz’, una de las fechas mas importantes del Sagrado Calendario Maya.
El 8 B’atz’ es el día destinado a la activación del potencial humano. En la tradición maya está vinculado a la iniciación de los guías espirituales, quienes asumen ante el Fuego Sagrado el compromiso de servir a la comunidad y caminar bajo la guía espiritual de los nahuales.
Este retiro es un proceso de enseñanza, introspección, ritualidad y propósito, realizado frente al Volcán Jun Ajpu’, en una tierra donde la memoria ancestral maya palpita. Durante estos días reconoceremos lo pendiente, vamos a agradecer lo recibido, activaremos nuestros dones y abriremos un nuevo camino con mayor claridad.
Cada jornada estará orientada a ayudarte a escuchar con más fuerza el origen de tu existencia: tu herencia ancestral, natural y divina de donde emanan tus talentos, tu vocación interior y el servicio que has venido a ofrecer.
El Wajxaqib’ B’atz’ nos recuerda que cada ser humano posee una semilla sagrada que debe ser cultivada. A través de ceremonias mayas tradicionales, prácticas contemplativas y el trabajo en comunidad, este retiro te invita a tejer tu propósito con mayor conciencia, dignidad y responsabilidad.

Saturday July 1 (13 K'AT)-fire ceremony
After breakfast we will take you to an exclusive point, away from tourism and at the top of a hill, an ancient place of ancestral worship. Here we will perform a Fire Ceremony to start our spiritual adventure with the permission of the invisible owners of the Mayan Wisdom.In the afternoon we leave for Lake Atitlán, the place of our retreat.

Ajq'ij Juan Carlos Romera
Nacido en Guatemala, fue iniciado como guía espiritual según la tradición maya por Tata Otto Orellana Acajabón (linaje de Maya K'iche'). Juan Carlos está dedicado a la investigación, enseñanza y difusión internacional de la Sabiduría Ancestral Maya.
